My Story
I became a Scentsy consultant in Dec 2008, after hearing about this "wickless candle company" at our local Founders Day event. I was intrigued by the fact that these beautiful warmers released so much scent, but were sootless, and very safe around children and pets. I was immediately hooked! With 3 children, now 26, 24, and going on 16, safety was very important to me.
I had always been a HUGE candle person (having previously sold candles for another DS company), and constantly left them burning on accident. This made my husband quite nervous, and me too when I’d come across one. When he learned about the safety of Scentsy wax & warmers HE was hooked too!
I currently work a full time job from home and have 1 kiddo left in school at the HS, one college grad working full time for an amazing nonprofit organization, & our oldest daughter is continuing to work a full time job at a Mothers Day Out program, after going thru an internship with Project SEARCH at Integris Hospital – a fantastic program for kiddos who have developmental disabilities. I also have 4 fur babies (2 cats & 2 dogs) and a new found obsession with houseplants (and outdoor plants).
While I stay busy, I LOVE sharing Scentsy....this is the most fun "job" anyone could ever have. I get to set my own hours, work with & meet some AMAZING people, and have FUN while I work!
Since becoming a consultant, I have met so many wonderful new people, both customers and other consultants. This company has such strong morals & values; it is so refreshing working with them. I am so thrilled with their Cause Warmers & Buddies. They have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for wonderful charities like Autism Speaks (a charity very near & dear to my heart), the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Ronald McDonald House and Sunshine Kids.

Plus we still have our wonderful Laundry Care, and our ever expanding line of Clean products! I am absolutely in LOVE with these new products! Scentsy has come a LONG way from just “wax & warmers”.
